• Why should we pick you?: I've always been good at these type games. I have am very good at healing and all my alts are healers as well. Basically what I told what my last guild was that my main job in this game was to keep people alive. I Like to have fun and crack jokes non-stop. I am a big movie buff but I can keep my mouth shut if need be.
• Anything else you would like to tell us?: What I am looking for in a guild is consistency. I'd love to know that if we have a raid set for a certain time, we are all on and ready to go 10 to 15 mins early. I've led raids for the last year, and I am looking forward to just sitting back and blowing stuff up. I am criminal justice major, so there will be times I have to study for exams. But for the most part I can schedule my studies around raids, especially if we have a set raid schedule, which it appears you do.

Basically I am following sterus he was my guild GM and I have been in all of his progression groups.

Let me elaborate you use 3 Dazzling Eye's of Zul with a Nightmare's Tear which is dumb.

You use the worst possible Libram.

Trauma sucks.

Sliver of Pure Ice is worst then two trinkets you can get from Algalon10 and from TOC25.

You itemize wrong on quite a few items that are easily replaced (Chest, Helm, Cloak, and Belt.)

• Replace Helm with Lightsworn Headpiece - Badges.
• Replace Chest with Meteor Chaser's Raiment - Badges.
• Replace Belt with Lich Killer's Lanyard or Belt of the Lonely Noble - Badges - BOE.

Note: Your haste is so low right now I would say that you are near useless.

You don't even have Divine Guardian which means your Spec is utter crap.

You also have Mining.

If you can't get any of this right when Holy Paladins are one of the easiest classes to setup then I doubt your ability to play.

Lol @ saying there are upgrades on algalon. I couldn't stop laughing. And we all know how easy trinkets are to get. Right. I have cleared ToC 25 every week for months, and have seen one Deaths Verdict and zero of the healing trinket. Trauma may not be BiS, but to say its shit is funny.

Saying that his trinkets are bad because a BiS is in a 10 man Algalon is pretty much the exact same as saying he should have a weapon off of 25 Arthas on Heroic.

Also if you can do 6/12 in ICC25 you can do Ulduar10 HMs.

You guys can't manage 10 man firefighter with ~264 gear? That a massive red flag if I've ever seen one...

Can't do or can't attempt? Read the reason the reason we are looking for a new server. I'll restate it here since scrolling up is hard. Getting people to logon for raids was pretty much next to impossible. And trying to get knuckleheads to logon for Ulduar when there are 2 raids out that offer higher LEVEL (not better, just higher level) gear out was like trying to pull teeth.

We started raiding around the time ToC came out, hence the reason I've still never cleared 25 Naxx, or past Hodir in 25 Uld. We were far from hard core. Hell, we cleared to the LK 3 weeks in a row, in under 3 hours, on a Tuesday. And after getting to him I couldn't get people to logon for the rest of the week to get a server first LK kill.

You have no idea what Balnazzar was like. Hell, we were the ONLY guild on the alliance side to down Yogg. And after the wipe fest that entailed, I couldn't have dragged those guys into Ulduar ever again, as long as newer raids were available. I'm trying to count the xfer's in my head, but I'm pretty sure there are only 6 people left on Balnazzar that have downed Yogg.
